Payment, Refund and Return Policies

PAYMENT: It is reasonable to expect payment to reach me within ten days of a sale. Paypal, USPS money order and credit card payments result in shipping within 24 hours; personal checks must clear my bank before I send an item. Please contact me through email if you choose to cancel an order.

REFUNDS: Please read the measurements I provide, and honestly consider if an apron will fit you before you order it. Email me if you’d like more photos or if I can answer a question before you order. If you get an apron and it doesn’t work for you, you may return it to me at your expense and I will refund your initial purchase price IF you have not damaged it, laundered it, kept it too long before mailing it back to me (more than four days), or altered it in any way.

Items other than aprons: please email me immediately upon desiring a refund, and include several photos showing flaws if any. You are responsible for shipping costs. If I have misrepresented an item, I will reimburse you for shipping. If it is simply that you’ve changed your mind and don’t want the item, the return mailing cost is your responsibility.

RETURNS: Please use packaging equivalent to that in which you received your item, to return it.
