Cut to fit U.S. women’s sizes 18-20, and probably some people larger or smaller than that. This is a sturdy, canvas-like woven fabric printed with various delicious-looking fruits on a natural-color background. The fabric is new/never previously used but the fruit print is faded looking, which I think gives it a nostalgic, weathered, antique, or seasoned look, although there are no flaws on the fabric such as stains, thinned areas, bleached areas, etc. The handmade wide binding throughout is a dark burgundy or maroon color. Both fabrics are 100% cotton.

The body covers you from chest through thighs so it’s quite protective whatever your task exposes you to. There are no ties to fasten as it’s a crossbody or crisscross style. There are two large front pockets, a scalloped hemline and absolutely no raw edges: everything is encased in the binding or sewn in French seams.

PLEASE NOTE:  somehow I didn’t make enough of the burgundy maroon bias tape binding, so there is an area approximately 15” long that has a matching solid fabric rather than the slightly mottled fabric of the rest of the binding. You might be able to see it in the closeup photo, or it might not be apparent. To my eyes, it isn’t.

Apron measurements:  waistline approximately 46” but this can vary widely because this style is quite “elastic”. Length from shoulder to front hemline at upper point of a hemline scallop 36”. The apron is shown on a dress form with these measurements 39½” bust, 32” waist and 44” hips, so if you know your own body measurements, you could extrapolate how the apron would fit on you. It is slightly large on the dress form which is wearing only a thin blouse and half slip.
