Description
Sometimes it’s good to create or have a basic, nostalgic item that reminds us of quiet times. This 100% cotton apron made from new fabric is in a 1930s or 1940s style with a waistband, V necked bodice and smooth protective skirt that ties in the back. Two gray and white prints blend in symmetry, creating an apron that covers you neck to knee and protects your other clothes from the splatters a normal life brings.
My U.S. size 14 dress form models the apron that’s US size large or extra large (18-24 approximately) so it’s a little loose in the photos. Obviously people smaller than 18-24 can wear the apron too.
All edges are made to not ravel by being bound in bias tape or sewn with French seams. Quiet gray and white buttons accent yoke and pockets.
Garment measurements: waist excluding ties 40”; length from top of shoulder to front hemline 38”. Ties are 27 inches long.
My other aprons, N60, N153 and N174 are this style n different fabrics and sizes.
Care is is machine wash with color guard detergent in warm or cold water, and line dry or machine dry on low temperature settings.i
