Many curves on this shape defining apron. The lovely round neckline or collar goes with the U shaped pockets and up and down scalloped hemline. Vertical darts result in a fitted torso best worn by size Small 8-10 women.

The apron is one of my few that isn’t 100% cotton. The red and white checked fabric is a 50/50 cotton/polyester blend, new, that is, not repurposed.

The large neck yoke secures to the waist, in back, with straps tipped in hook and loop tape. Two rounded pockets and the scalloped hemline have orange shiny rick rack highlights. All outer edges are bound in narrow red bias, so ensure no raveling. There are waistline ties in the back.

The waistline excluding ties is 21″. Distance from shoulder straight down to the hemline, where it happens to be on an upper point of a scallop, is 25″. As you can see, this apron is quite snug on my size 14-16 dress form.

Care is machine wash warm or cold, line dry or machine dry on gentle/low settings.
