Description

Although the ocean waves of the body fabric are rather foamy and turbulent, they are predictably rhythmic and in quiet colors of mauve, maroon and off white so this results in a calm apron. The sweetheart neckline of the yoke is echoed in the double curved top of the single large right side pocket. The hemline has a wide scalloped wavy border in the solid maroon of the yoke fabric. Both the solid and the print are 100% cotton. The apron is U.S. women’s size small and would fit a teenager as well. The wide-legged H back closes with a single vintage-style maroon plastic button and waistline sashes. Armhole and back skirt edges are bound in maroon handmade bias tape. There are tucks in the midsection to define your waist and provide released fabric for your bust. The center front dips into a V at the hemline. Like almost all my aprons, this is one of a kind and 100% handmade by me.

Measurements:  waist approximately 33” when the H back’s legs are straight down; length from front inner neckline at shoulder line to hemline 35” (halfway between side and center); each tie is 33” long. Shown on a size 14 dressform so the apron is a little snug on it.
